Our professional fees for after-hours telephone answering consist of a one-time set- up fee, a monthly base rate, and a per-message or per-minute charge. There is no additional charge for any greeting that you may want your callers to hear before being transferred to a Communication Specialist. The one- time set- up fee is based on gathering, organizing and training Communications Specialists on information. The monthly base rate is based on processing on-call schedules, call volume and Client Service time. The rate is determined after information is gathered and reviewed as to the complexity of the account.
